To the front of the house is a gravel driveway leading to a parking area to the side of the property. The house is arranged on three floors, with the first floor being at ground level to the front, and the lower floor being separately accessed from a lower terrace. This means that two of the bedrooms are entirely independent, so making them ideal for letting or keeping house guests out of the way!

The original front door is at the far end and leads you into the kitchen, although the centrally placed glazed panel door is probably the more logical entrance taking you directly into a large central room (12 x 4m), which serves as a dining and living room.
